Hulling machine for the preparation of egg mix through hulling of pre-washed and dried eggs; this machine is ideal for small pasta shops with low daily yield and want to guarantee the highest quality in basic ingredients.
Designed with features that are similar to industrial hullers, the mechanics are quite simple and requires just one operator that loads the eggs on the special conveyor and checks, in the laterally sliding position, the content quality while the shells are automatically expelled after the airflow drain stage.
With just 12 hulling modules, which are able to handle eggs that weigh between 45 and 65 grams, this huller is capable of hulling 3600 eggs per hour, guaranteeing a minimum drain time of 7 seconds.
Technical Characteristics
- Built completely in AISI-304 stainless steel.
- Square base where all the functioning mechanisms are located, completely sealed with protection level IP64, closed electronic connection, and suitable for direct cleaning with pressure washer.
- Egg conveyor with manual loading line onto concave rollers that line up the egg automatically before it enters the hulling process.
- Hulling machine complete with clamps for the rapid replacement of complete hulling modules, with camshafts and bearings made with high-tech materials requiring no maintenance.
- Hulling unit with shell-breaking blade in AISI-430 tempered stainless steel and coupled with penetration depth regulation.
- Commanded by a constant current single motor; velocity can be regulated by potentiometer.
- Chute for egg mix collection with rapid docking.
- Unloading of shell with compressed air blower.
- Frame built entirely with round section tubes; wheels can be blocked for quick and secure placement of the machine.
- Wiring in IP65 aluminium box, connected to the hulling machine by a 3 metre long connecting cable.
