Washing unit UL 600-2
This simple yet very effective cleaning/washing unit ensures complete cleansing and sanitization of plants and lines for centralized dosing of eggs and liquid food products in general. It normally comes with a double basin due to the fact that the entire process in divided principally into two stages. The first wash takes place when a detergent is passed in a closed circuit within the plant, removing residues of processing. The second wash is sanitization, using a sanitization solution that passes in a closed circuit within the machine and eliminates all bacteria and pathogenic spores. Lastly, the rinsing cycle is carried out, either with clean water, or if there is a third basin, with a stabilizing solution in order to allow for a constant control of residual bacterial activity. The entire cycle is carried out and monitored by PLC, which verifies in real time the correct progress of the entire cleaning process, indicating immediately even the most minor problems. Moreover, each operation is commanded on a closed-ring control, or rather verifying in every moment the correct valve position or the correct effective pressure in the various lines.
