Industrial shakers from the TRP series have been designed with a great deal of attention put on the hygiene and health regulations currently in place. Therefore, these machines are ideal for the treatment of gnocchi and food products that have excessive bacterial load due to the base ground products, thus posing serious sanitization problems.
The machine’s heavy-duty construction, made in AISI-304 stainless steel, shows off building solutions that make cleaning and sanitization much simpler, allowing the operator to intervene even during the production cycle in order to keep the bacterial load within their fixed limits.
Technical features
- Solid construction, able to withstand the severe stress due to sifting.
- Oscillating levels with interchangeable metal netting set on flexible components with a rod-handle mechanism – speed and oscillation magnitude are adjustable.
- Highly insulated panels, 60 mm in thickness, built in expanded poliurethane, sealed between two AISI-304 stainless steel sheets with anti-thermal bridge edges.
- Vertically opening door with gas dampers and pressurized closure for quick inspection.
- Collection basin for surplus ground products is complete with vacuum and upon request a filter to cut down on dust or powder problems.
- Electrostatic filter for filtering of air before taken into the internal part of the shaker.
