Static sterilization chamber with 4 trolleys specifically designed for the treatment of food products, pre-packaged through super-heated air. The heavy-duty construction and complete control of the process through PLC guarantees rapid and precise treatment as according to H.A.C.C.P. specifications. Furthermore, thanks to a secondary temperature probe, the operator can monitor the temperature within the packaging, guaranteeing effective process management regardless of the size and weight of the packaging. Technical Features - Built completely and entirely in AISI-304 stainless steel.
- Structure built with high-insulation panels, 100 mm in thickness, made with glass wool and expanded polyurethane, sealed between two AISI-304 stainless steel plates, complete with anti-thermal bridge outer edges/border.
- Air circulation system run by high-powered tangential blowers with inversion and air flow junction by pneumatically controlled deflectors, thus guaranteeing uniform, correct and precise thermal exchange in every zone of the chamber.
- Air heated by battery made up of winged tubes with proportionally controlled valves, allowing for precise regulation of set temperature.
- Door made with silicone lining, high-temperature resistant, springy recoil, and large hinges with compensation springs.
- Manual opening with heavy-duty lever handle, complete with pneumatic activator for automatic opening at the end of the cycle.
- Complete management, control, and monitoring through PLC, equipped with HMI operator touch screen and thermal printer with the following functions:
- Complete recipe management with the option of modifying, copying, and saving all process parameters with a maximum of 20 available recipes.
- Option of selecting 3 types of processes in order to adapt them to the product’s needs and requirements:
- AIR CYCLE Pasteurization cycle that the product undergoes for a specific amount of time, after the internal air temperature of the chamber has been reached.
- CORE CYCLE Pasteurization cycle that the product undergoes for a specific amount of type after the temperature at the product’s core has been reached.
- CALIBRATION CYCLE Pasteurization cycle that is selected in order to check and save, in a completely automatic manner, the effectiveness of the treatment based on pre-set and determined microbiological parameters
- DATA LOGGER function that allows for pre-set interval data gathering of the process parameters so that they can later be printed when the cycle is finished, following current regulations.
End-cycle print out of all recipe parameters with date and time of cycle start and cycle end included together with the data gathered during the treatment, as well as alarms and error.
