Shuttle 3D with continuous kneading GRIM 330-2
Shuttle 3D is an entirely new concept for dough distribution from the master kneading machine to the various slave machines for pasta moulding.
Its unique monorail design offers an entirely clear carrying path, allowing the shuttle to reach any unloading position, even in extreme conditions. Furthermore, the self-bearing (load-bearing) circular section reduces the number of required support columns, thus allowing for complete positioning freedom for the underlying mould machines.
Component construction makes it possible to modify and/or add shuttle paths, following current or future needs, without running into construction limitations.
Monorail components are available in:
- 2 metre linear unit.
- 4 metre linear unit.
- 6 metre linear unit.
- 45º horizontal curve unit. (R or L)
- 90º horizontal curve unit. (R o L)
- 30º vertical curve unit.
The articulated shuttle can run through any path: uphill, downhill, right, and left, with complete flexibility and precision. The unloading position is 100% programmable along any position of the monorail.
Building characteristics
- Shuttle built entirely out of ERGAL 7075 aluminium alloy, activated by reduction gear motor with positioning encoder.
- Shuttle basket built entirely in AISI-304 stainless steel, with full-open opening activated by pneumatic cylinders in AISI-304 stainless steel.
- Monorail built entirely out of AISI-304 stainless steel with circular profile and extended dimension attachment flanges.
Optionals
- Subdivided basket with independent compartments for multi-colour pasta distribution.
- Rotating basket for dough distribution on both sides of the monorail.
- Basket hopper in order to reduce loading time.
